However, minor variations may occur.The Luna Roca face roller is a cosmetic tool made from natural volcanic stone.Important Notice: This product is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

Warning: Contains small removable components. This item may present a choking hazard to young children. Use only as directed. Luna Roca accepts no liability for misuse or disassembly of the product.


3.  Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of applicable UK VAT (if registered).Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments, accepting all major debit and credit cards. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is successfully received.

 

4.  Shipping & Fulfilment

  • UK Standard: £3.99 or free on orders over £40
  • Europe: £9.99
  • Rest of World: £14.99Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delays may occur during promotional or peak periods. Tracking is provided upon dispatch.

 

5.  Returns & Refunds

You may return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.To initiate a return, contact: hello@lunaroca.com

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product in question.
