Refund policy

We hope you love your Luna Roca purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

• The item is unused
• Returned in original packaging
• In resalable condition
• The item is not marked as final sale

Due to hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns of used items.

 

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@lunaroca.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

 

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  
• We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Luna Roca is not responsible for lost return parcels.

 

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

 

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at hello@lunaroca.com with photos and details. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including offering a replacement or full refund.
